I was planning on a holiday party on Xmas and needed the carpet cleaned. I drove over from my home in Orlando the morning of the scheduled work. However, the said company call to tell me there was an emergency and they had to cancel. The next day had arrived and I had not heard from them. I decided to call and find out if I needed to reschedule. They said they would call by noon to see if they can squeezed me in. They did not call by noon and called late in the day. I could not do it because it was too late. So we reschedule for the following Monday after Xmas. They never showed up or returned my calls. Because I had dealt with companies like this that move appointments around based on the value of the work, you may be left out in the dark if a bigger job comes around. Knowing this I scheduled the work to be done with a more reputable company that delivered on time. I was right they never showed up on Monday and how lucky was I, Buyer beware. Later, I heard the work is lousy.
