Corporate InformationMannausa Companies comprise a group of wholly-owned Florida Corporations specifically engaged in the site selection, development, management and operation of real property. The two primary companies are T. Mannausa & Company and Mannausa Development Company. T. Mannausa & Company is an Accredited Management Organization and a Florida licensed real estate brokerage firm. Mannausa Development Company was formed in the early 80's to perform site selection, zoning, design, financing, construction and all development activities for new apartment communities, apartment communities which required repositioning, redevelopment and refurbishing, as well as small commercial properties which have either been acquired or developed. Mannausa Companies include several single asset entities, all controlled within the Mannausa portfolio. Mannausa Companies corporate headquarters are based in beautiful Bradenton, Florida, which has proven to be an excellent office environment, as well as location to operate its real estate portfolio.Thomas J. Mannausa, CPM, is a Florida licensed Real Estate Broker, a Certified Property Manager, and a member of the Institute of Real Estate Management, the International Council of Shopping Centers, and the National Association of Realtors. Originally from East Lansing, Michigan, he attended Culver Military Academy and is a graduate of Western Michigan University where he received a Bachelor of Business Administration degree with a major in Business Management.Mr. Mannausa's first income property purchase was in 1977. Since then, his experience in operating income properties has led to an awareness of critical need for affordable rental apartment housing, an understanding which has been at the foundation of his development philosophy for the past several years. The results of this commitment can today be seen in apartment homes from Northern Michigan to Naples, Florida.
