Travel service is excellent. Really had a great time with our rental suite. Worked within our budget and gave us top end customer service throughout the trip.

JANDAR does a wonderful job. My last vacation was at Diamond Head Beach Resort. The accommodations were very nice with a view of the gulf and bay on the 11th floor. The staff was also excellent!!!

I very seldom send out a note for superior service, but this one exceeded my expectations. Last week I had occasion to contact Island Trader for a cruise we were interested in. At that time I spoke with a young lady who promptly sent me a complete package on the cruise I had specified . She was then going on vacation for a week. That was fine. Then I found, I had given her the wrong date. MY mistake, I called back to Island Trader, and was transferred to Rachel, who was backing up my original contact. I needed the new date info by Monday, to join the others who had already booked. She sent me the requested info, and seriously undercut the price I had from 2 other sources, not a vacation service. This type of response is an exceptional example of your company's ability. ( yes, we have already booked our Feb. cruise.) Please pass along my sincere appreciation for rapid service when I requested it.

This company just takes your money and delivers on no promises. Totally frustrated with their Customer Service. They advertise winning this Talk of the Town Award'. Look it up folks.... You don't win it, you PURCHASE it.... Please please listen to me... Avoid this company at all cost. I don't want any one else being taken by these crooks. I have an appointment with my attorney next week. I hope to get my money back.
