I Am Bbq

I have to say the ribs were very tender ..no pink layer of the good smoke ,tells me it's probably an electronic smoker.the baked beans were straight out of a pork and beans can with some bell pepper added.we spent 40 $ for a slab of ribs and a can of pork and beans, we could of done better at home on our smoker.. and for way less...sorry guys but it's not the same as a real smoked slab...

\They catered our class reunion and I have to say they did a great job. The ribs were good , the Potato salad was great, and the chopped Brisket, turkey, and chicken were well done. great prices and great service. Thanks again

Delicious home made family run bbq joint. The meats have a wonderful smokey flavor, the bbq beans and potato salad (all we tried) were home made and some of the best we've ever had. Very friendly service.
