We had chili rellano with green chili - yummy! Kids enjoyed chicken strips and cheese enchilada off kids menu. Wished I could have had a drink because they looked great too! Too bad I was driving. We would stop here again if we were hungry and passing through. Was going to stop at a diner down the street but they were closed, probably better for us!

Our second time there traveling through the area. The food was very good and the staff greeting us were very friendly. The prices are good.

The best place I've ate since I left Cali for breakfast I had the carne & adovada & eggs and my brother had the scrambled eggs & ham and he loved it. I would recommend this place for sure till next time I'm here.

This was our first dine-in on route 66 heading towards Arizona. Love the atmosphere and food!

Had a satisfying veggie burrito here on the way through town, with the green salsa very tasty. Clean without being oily or nasty as well which is often hard to find on the road. Thoroughly pleased.

Busy spring break Saturday afternoon, but not a bad wait. Nice size and flavor for burritos and enchiladas. Sopapillas definitely sealed the meal.

We stopped here after reading all of the great reviews and were glad we did. It is a route 66 relic, with lots of souvenirs as decoration. Seems to be family run and the food is excellent. I had two cheese burritos with rice, beans, and red and green "Christmas" style sauce. Delicious! I wasn't expecting the Ritz, but I did want good New Mexico cookin' and that is exactly what I got. Great waitress too. We'd definitely stop here again.

The place is a must stop when you are on your way on old route 66. The food is predominantly Mexican. I've tried the chicken quesadillas and my husband ordered bowl of chili (green) with ground beef and he said it was delicious.

Stopped here on my coast to coast trip and what a pleasant surprise! Had the Carne Adovada which was the lunch special. Tender pork with a well balanced marinade and red sauce was perfectly balanced. It came with rice and re-fried beans which rounded out the meal. Can't wait to visit Joseph's again!

Good food in the void known as Santa Rosa. I had the smothered burrito and onion rings. Yummo!

Great food, good choices for vegetarians and people with various food allergies. Salsa was amazing, a bit spicy but we loved it. We got the chicken burrito and chicken chalupa and enjoyed it.

Easy to see why Joseph's has been around for so long in a dying town ... Really tasty food, quick and friendly service, and nostalgic Route 66 ambiance.

Make the stop. It's worth the trip,
