My emphasis as a therapist is on relationships, because these are the foundation for our well-being. I work with adults, couples, children and teens. I welcome individuals and couples of any sexual orientation and background. ADULTS/COUPLES: My philosophy is that individuals are the experts on their lives and that therapy is a collaborative process. I utilize evidenced based psychotherapy practices, creative tools, and ensure that therapy is practical and results oriented. CHILDREN / TEENS: I love working with children and teens! My additional training and experience as an Art Therapist, provides me with a wonderful tool to connect with youth.
