        --A REAL looser!

        This gal hypothetically managed my property and though it is near her office so easily watched allowed it to be so trashed that the city fined the owner. She, knowing that, tried to quit to avoid being blamed for the neglect.
        The owner than had to retain another company to remove the wastrel tenants
