Gino's Santa Cruz Auto Wrecking Recyclin Dismantling

I want to thank Gino's Santa Cruz especially Gino for getting me another oddball part for my old restoration project. I know it's never easy locating old parts but you did it again. Gino is a class act, with dogged determination he has always located the parts I needed sometimes across the Country. Every time I have come up against a part problem Gino's has come through they are the best at what do and are my trusted parts source.

Excellent experience at Gino's. I went in originally looking to buy a rear sliding window for my truck. He had brought it over from another location the day before upon my request. It was in great shape, very reasonably priced and he said he could have one of his guys put it in for me that day for cheap. I also ended up telling him about my broken tailgate and he found me a new one and said he could have it put in for me as well. On a roll, I then let him know that I had a couple of new headlight bulbs and windshield wipers with me that I had gotten at Autozone and had yet to put in. He said he would let me know how much the installer would want to charge for that, but I let him know that I did;t mind just doing it myself. I left my car with him for a couple hours. He kept in communication, calling to let me know when the installer was a little bit late and that the fix might take longer. When it was all said and done, I came back to find the new window, the tailgate handle, the wipers, and my bulbs changed, everything in excellent condition and working order. I had the very strange, unfamiliar impression that he wasn't trying to just take my money but actually wanted to help me out and give me a good deal. 11 out of 10 would recommend.

I finished work and was on my way to Gino's to pick up a transmission when I had a flat, I was bummed I didn't have a spare. I desperately needed the transmission so I called in as I knew it was near closing time. They immediately dispatched an amazing crew member to come help me out. Tom delivered a Tire and then I was on my way following behind him to Gino's. It must have been about 5.45pm when we arrived at the shop then they loaded up the transmission. I asked how much for the tire, Gino said it was on the house. I was amazed. They couldn't have been more friendly. By the time I left the shop it was after 6pm. I want express my gratitude to Gino and to Tom and the crew. This goes way beyond customer service and I won't forget it. I wish I could give 1000 Stars.

Gino's is a great local auto shop they take auto parts seriously and know more about the actual part fitting than any shop I know, they always have the Toyota parts I need and pricing is always affordable you won't get gouged here. Another plus is they are a Certified Green Business and parts are Sustainable. I highly recommend Gino's Santa Cruz.

I sold my truck to Gino's Santa Cruz and it couldn't have been easier they were professional, extremely helpful and understanding. They worked with both me and my daughter to co-ordinate her schedule and arrange vehicle access. We live in Colorado and our daughter is a UCSC Student as her Father it gave me considerable confidence and peace of mind after taking with Gino's knowing she would be taken care of by such a reputable company and above all nice people. Our gratitude goes to all at Gino's for taking good care of our daughter and helping us with our truck. Amazing! Almost every time I come in, Gino has gone OVER AND ABOVE and his crew of workers are awesome! Each time I've been in a serious pickle, with much effort he tries to help me and always finds a solution, and at a cost-effective rate! Being a student and newly married, my budget is limited, and Gino literally listens to his customers and strives to make things happen. He recently spent so much time trying to find tires that would fit my truck (very awkward situation with my truck and the particular wheels I had - long story). But he was tenacious and didn't opt to brush me off, which he could have easily done. The end result, perfection and I was super pleased! Thanks Gino and thanks to your awesome crew those guys are hard workers!

Gino's is a great local family run business with a wealth of knowledge from years of hand on experience, they've got great patients for those of us like me who are not car part savy. They have fair prices on parts and they always deliver. Thank you for the parts, now I can drive and enjoy my Highlander. Gino's has been creating Good Karma in Santa Cruz Since 1945.

Gino's Santa Cruz is the Super Store of Auto Parts. Gino's is not your typical auto parts store. If you want a good deal on auto parts Gino's is the place they carry everything. If your part is not in stock they will get it from their other stores or network. They had two of my parts in stock and I received the other in 24 hrs.
