        I called this company because my washer was making loud, weird sound. I called American West Appliance and they said someone would be out before 1 pm. The repair man arrived at 12 pm and was done by 12.45. He said it was agitator gears and had the parts on hist truck. He was knowledgeable, efficient and got the job done.

        My dryer was not working. Had it repaired by another company only 2 years ago. I looked up appliance repair service provider in my area and found American West Appliance Repair down the street, very close to my home. I called and spoke with a wonderful person named Helen. Given a window 10-12, the tech showed at 10.50am. He diagnosed the problem immediately, coils, replaced them right away and the cost of repair was reasonable.
