Burger King

This Burger King is at Halford and El Camino Real near Lawrence Expressway on the border of Santa Clara and Sunnyvale, CA. My husband stops frequently and brings food home. Often items are not right, but we let it slide because it's too much trouble. HERE'S WHY IT'S TOO MUCH TROUBLE TO PATRONIZE THIS BURGER KING LOCATION - and the FRANCHISE OFFICE to call about them is (650)968-0552, they also apparently own some Appleby's as well.



The "manager", "Ulisis", (which is close enough to USELESS as far as I'm concerned right now), refuses to fix a lousy order that was improperly bagged (once again) last week, even though my husband had called and reported it and thought he was talking to "the manager", that is, WHEN YOU CAN GET THEM TO ANSWER THEIR PHONE AT ALL, and to make a long story short, 2 double whopper with cheese (large size or whatever they call it nowadays) meal deals, the 2 burgers were NOT double whoppers in the bag but only single, and had NO cheese on them. I went in trying to be nice about it a week later, expecting only the sandwiches to be replaced, not even caring about the LIMP fries and WATERED DOWN, OVER ICED DRINKS. But for being nice, I was told "nobody wrote it down...". LIKE I CARE????? WHAT ABOUT "NOBODY MADE THE STINKING BURGERS RIGHT - AGAIN???????" Of course, at the ripe old hour of 4pm you can't get any HUMANS on the FRANCHISE OFFICE PHONE EITHER.



Short: I stood there with $20 in my hand, ready to purchase something additionally. Instead I walked out with NO PURCHASE AND NO REPLACEMENT, after having given "USELESS" 2 CHANCES TO HAVE A HAPPY CUSTOMER RATHER THAN A TICKED OFF CUSTOMER, but he was too much of a company man to do that.

If you go here, be prepared to be treated poorly, not that it's a bad neighborhood, not at all. Likely because there is a thrift store in the next parking lot over, and I guess they figure everybody is the same there. I'm 55 years old and don't need this CRAP from someone less than half my age. GOOD LUCK SELLING ME ANOTHER BURGER, AND IF MY HUSBAND BRINGS THIS GARBAGE HOME AGAIN, I'LL SPANK HIM, TOO.
