        We have been providing IT Support in the Santa Barbara Area for over 25 years. All Sales have a 30 day money back guarantee. We charge a $49 diagnostic fee which goes away if you have the work done. The fee is due up front because too many people NEVER pickup their computer again and I have to store them for 90 days and recycle them. I used to not charge this up front because a lot of my business is students. I now have to charge on drop off because one student (a non adult) messed it up for EVERYONE.

        Every computer gets cleaned and the dirt blown out. Screens get cleaned, along with any visible dirt and gunk on the case body. Every machine gets a tune up and defrag and disk check if time permits.
