Kathleen keeps the office running smoothly, but that’s not all. A big part of her day involves purchasing plumbing fixtures, electrical fixtures, flooring, hardware, vanities – things like that – all at a price that’s client-friendly. Kathleen also helps jobs run smoothly as well, as a Project Manager. She has been highly involved in worthy organizations like the Olga Reed School and the Girl Scouts, and now enjoys gardening, wood themed craft projects and playing with her dog Lucy.

Alisos is a unique opportunity to truly get the highest and best use of a project in downtown Santa Barbara. The home has a timeless nautical theme, views down the southern coastline, and 360° views from the rooftop deck. Three decks make the most of the outdoor living lifestyle and expand the interior space.

A great additon to the sea-side community of Shell Beach, this mixed use project will feature the coasts premier restaurantuer on the first floor, with four, amazing condos on top - all with roof decks and ocean views! The vibrant area near Dinosaur Caves park will have a much needed amenity to provide families and visitors alike when this project is completed in 2022.

Bryan came to Halsell Builders having been a carpenter for 14 years. His passion for carpentry began by building a deck in his backyard expanded in 2013 when he and his wife started a construction business in Los Angeles. Following the birth of their daughter, they relocated to the central coast. The aspects of building he enjoys are problem solving and working with his hands. Bryan has said, "My drive stems from creating something from nothing. I find satisfaction in taking a clients vision and making it a reality." In his free time, he enjoy being a dad, playing guitar, traveling and spending time with his family.
