        I had purchased a software product from PointStone. I was unable to download the product. After multiple attempts to contact the company, I discovered that I was billed through FastSpring. Upon contacting this company, I have yet to hear back, I have received NO technical support, I do not have the product I had purchased, and am now awaiting a complete refund. This is just NO way to do business.
