Crevier MINI

I reason I bought from Crevier MINI is the great location and amazing staff. They were so helpful through the purchase process and never were pushy. ANYONE looking for a MINI shouldn’t buy without coming here. Im a happy customer.

We leased a 2011 328I last week and I wanted to share with you how well we were treated by Stephan Caraway.

Stephan knowledge and presentation of the of the product was very impressive and is the whole reason we leased a BMW, not the MBZ which I was also considering.

I have purchased and leased several cars over the last 30 years and dealing with Stephan was one of best experiences I have made in many years.

I wanted to get my wife seat covers for her Cooper. I went down to the parts dept. at Crevier MINI and they were a great deal of help. They had a catalog of different patterns and colors. I was able to pick the color and pattern; also I was able to have her name embroidered in it. They were able to have it shipped directly to my home and it was the perfect birthday present. Thank you Crevier MINI.

It was time for a oil change, so I brought the i535 to Crevier BMW. I was in the waiting room and comes in the technician. He said I was all done but they had to fix my tire. I had a nail in it and as a courtesy they went ahead and repaired it. I was so impressed with the level of service I received here at Crevier I am going to tell everyone I know with a BMW. Top ten dealer in my book.

I came to Crevier MINI for a look around. We wernt thinking of buying at that moment, but we were shopping around. We looked at a mini cooper S and it was so cute. I went for a drive in it and I just feel over heals for it. I wanted to play with the idea of knowing how much it was to purchase it and when the salesmen gave me the deal I just couldn’t pass it up. I now am part of the MINI family and I have Crevier to thank for it.

I have had BMW cars for as long as I can remember. The car I am talking about this time is my M5. I have had it for almost 3 years and I enjoyed it, don’t get me wrong its an amazing car but I wanted something new. My last 2 purchases were at Crevier BMW, so naturaly im going to start there. When I arrived I told them I am looking for something new and didn’t know what. We drove around a few new cars and nothing caught my eye. Right befor I was about to leave Jim asked me if I would ever want to drive and suv. I never had one but it would be a concideration. We went for a ride in the new X6 and it blew me away. Just as fast, if not faster than my M5 and the spacious room of a truck. I was sold. Now I know why I keep coming here, I have never been let down. Great Job.

I went to Crevier MINI looking for a specific car. I told them my dream was to get the Checkmate Edition but they told me they are very rare and almost impossible to find. I told them to look around and keep me posted. Three weeks later they made the impossible happen. I just purchased my Cooper S Checkmate, from Crevier MINI. I must say they really do almost anything to keep a customer happy. When I did some research my car was transported almost 2500 miles to reach me. Thank You for all your help Crevier MINI. Im glad to be a part of the family.

Dear Mr. Parajeckas and Mr. Liu…..recently I had the pleasure of doing business with your internet sales manager Matt Gleichman.



I was in the market for my third consecutive BMW and was on my way to Irvine BMW, where I had done my last three deals. I live in Palm Springs and have to make an extra effort to buy cars in Orange County, but the offers seem to be better than at BMW of Palm Springs. I had already been given a good offer via phone by the sales manager at Irvine, but somehow the deal seemed too good and I decided to stop by Crevier first. It was a good decision.



Frankly, I’m not sure if I got a better deal than I would have at Irvine, but here is what I did get:



- Matt was the most easy going sales executive that I’ve ever dealt with. He exudes honesty and had a sincere interest in putting me in the best car for me…not for the dealership. Though I did not let him know it, I had decided that I was going to make a deal with him that day after only our first 10 minutes together.

- You other associates, Kristine in Finance and Stacy in Lease Return we equally knowledgeable, efficient and friendly. I felt like I was doing business with friends. I hope that the girls, along with Matt, will all be there when I return to get my next car.

- The amount of stock that you have is incredible. You had almost every combination of packages and colors that I could think of. I ended up with the perfect, 535i pre-driven executive car.



Congratulation to you and your staff for running a good show! As long as can keep it up, I’ll be back to get my cars at Crevier.

My Cooper SES light came on while I was driving and it freaked me out. They had no notice and I drove right up to the service drive at Crevier MINI. I walked in and spoke to a service writer. Told him what was going on and he told me he would be right with me. He came out to test my car to make sure it was ok. A code was in there which was miner he told me. My car is still under warranty but they didn’t have any openings at that moment. He assured me that it was ok to drive it and made me an appointment for the fallowing morning. They got me in and out, and I feel so much better now.. Great Service Guy!!!

I always take my cars to the dealership for service. While I was at Creiver MINI getting my wife’s Copper S an oil change they noticed that there was a nail in the tire. They immediately removed the wheel and fixed the hole. I had no idea what they were doing to I walked toward the Quick Lube bay and asked what was the problem. They told me I had a nail and they were going to fix it. I then asked why didn’t they consult me before doing it and there reply was perfect, “We don’t allow our customers to be jeopardized in any way while out on the road.” This dealer really does care about their customers. There a 10 in my book.

I never thought I would be interested in a MINI. I went for a ride in my friends and just fell in love. From the luxurious interior to the power and handling, nothing can compare. I went home and told my husband I need a new car and he laughed. At that point I had a trick up my sleeve. I called my friend and asked her where did she get her car and from who? I took a personal day at work and went to Crevier MINI. I met with Jim and before I knew it I was driving home a used Copper S. Crevier was everything she told me and more, so friendly and nice. Thank you for everything.

“One stop Shopping.” Otherwise this was easily the best, most, professional, most pleasant, and most trouble-free new car purchase I’ve made (I have bought 4 new cars). Give Wayne Whiteside a raise–he’s a class act, and very professional. Also kudos to Donny Crevier for taking the time to thank me personally for my purchase.

My wife and I had wanted to get 2 new cars but wanted them matching. We had a bet to see who could come out with a better deal. We both went to the same dealer but acted as if we weren’t together. Both test drove a car with different salesmen and did the whole process, meanwhile keeping in contact by texting. I must say Crevier BMW is a very fair dealer. We both got the same incentives, same payment, and great service. At the end when they found out we were together they gave us a service package, considering we were getting 2 brand new cars. Nice people, Honest staff and Great deals.

I came to Crevier BMW for routine maintenance and a check up. Good thing I did, I had a small coolant leak and a nail in my tire. They fixed the nail with no hassle and very quick might I add. I told my service writer about the leak. We scheduled a time for my car to get into the shop the following day. From the time I came in to when the car was ready, was about an hour. They understand how valuable time is these days and don’t mess around. I am extremely pleased with the service I receive every time I am here. Keep up the good work.

I went to my local car repair shop for an oil change and was told that I have a leak and I need it fixed. I said I simpley came in for a oil change and that all. They proceeded to tell me I need this done and that don’t alone with filters changed. I wasn’t happy so I left. I came into Crevier Mini and told them what happened and they told me that they can take a look. Windshield washer fluid bottle had a crack which was the leak and my filter still has about %60 life. That place was just trying to rip me off. Im so glad there is a trustworthy auto shop still around. Thanks for being Honest Crevier Mini, it goes a long way.

My 335i broke down on me last week and I wasn’t sure what was wrong with it. I had it towed to Crevier BMW at 7am. Within two hours I had a call from the service advisor with the issue. Come to find out the BMW’s have a security feature that I somehow triggered and it would start. The entire computer of the car had to be reset and this was not covered through my extended warranty. When I arrived that afternoon I didn’t have a bill. My service advisor (his name not to be mentioned just in case) went ahead and put it through warranty to help me. I can’t stress enough how good the service is at Crevier BMW, they want to keep their customers as happy as possible. Thanks Again.

So I have had a MINI Cooper for almost 3 years and I just love the thing. My sister and her 3 yr old baby girl just moved in with me due to some hard times, not to mention I could also use the extra help. I noticed that my mini is a bit cramped when it comes to having a baby seat in there and an extra person traveling with me. I went out and explored me options. My heart kept on driving me back to the cooper. I stopped in to Crevier MINI and took a Countryman for a drive. I was in shock how much there identical but with so much extra room. Crevier gave me a great trade in on mine and I am still a proud owner of a MINI. Thank You Crevier MINI..

I have had a M3 for the past 4 years. I love everything about it, form the body lines and gas mileage to the sleek look and power it has. I saw a brand new one the other day and my heart dropped. I felt the same way about that car as I did about mine the first day I got it. I went back to the dealer that I got my car at and they weren’t able to do much for me. I wasn’t very happy about the service I received from them. I remembered the license plate frame from the one I saw was from Crevier BMW. I decided to give them a try. When I got there, I was greeted. My salesman and I took a walk around the lot and I told him what I wanted. They had 3 in stock so we went for a drive and I just knew I had to have it. When we got back we signed papers. I am now the proud owner of a 2011 M3. Thx to the staff of Crevier BMW

I came to Crevier BMW looking for a used 7series or a new 5. I had a payment set in my head that I knew I cant go over or I would just basically screw myself. When I arrived I was greeted by a salesmen and right away we clicked. I told him to be straight with me, I don’t like the beating around the bush and wasting mine and his time. I told him what I wanted, where I needed to be with the payment and asked him, can it be done.. We took a walk around the lot and he showed me a brand new 745. I told him “this was out of my price range so lets move on”. He said lets go run numbers. With my trade in and taking the loan 6 months longer I could have a BRAND NEW 745. I was so happy and before I knew it, I was driving off in my new 7 series. I only have 1 thing to say, LOVE YOU CREVIER BMW….

Came in to look at lease options for a new Mini, I ended up finding out that my car was worth more than I thought which was a plus, normally they try to low ball you. They gave me more then what I asked for, and they let me get all the information I needed to make a wise decision on purchasing in this economy. My payment is lower then my car and they are paying my old loan off with some to roll over onto my new lease with Mini. Thank you all very much for all your help, I love my a NEW Mini at a payment I can afford. I AM A FAN!!!! I will send family and friends to Crevier Mini In Santa Ana CA.
