Placed an order April 2, 2013 and showed the product was in stock and available. Received both a Order Notification and Confirmation and was it would be sent USPS-Priority mail. Called on April 9th and the Representative told me they no longer carry the Print Server that I ordered. When I questioned him on why I was not contacted, he told me they "have been busy".Horrible customer service!!!
These people are professional, local, priced right and I actually get my computer back in a few days if not sooner. What most large companies do not realize is that you need the equipment back as soon as possible. I once had a computer sitting at repair shop for days before they even looked at it. That WILL NEVER HAPPEN at Phoenix. In addition I have never lost a file as they have been able to handle all of me recovery needs! Great Job!
