        Overall

        as a bUsiness owner I clearly understand that customer service is what keeps customers coming back. these folks at waste management on Wilkens Dr simply don't get it. I highly recommend anyone that needs to haul trash away visit the new Republican waste facility beside the license plate Bureau on Wilson Road. I was very displeased with the attitude with one of the employees name Darlene. but it seems to me every person they had working at the scale had attitude problems. I definitely will not be back!
