I had heard from others in my town how this company worked, but, unfortunately, Sanford Insurance were the ones that chose this company to handle my insurance claim, when my home was brokein into on 11-28-2009. Today is 2-24-2010 and i still have not received my settlement. That wouldnt be as bad, had i not been avoided, put off and down right lied to about things. The man that i have dealt with, and i believe he is the only adjuster at that company, promised to call me last thursday and let me know what was going on. He assured me that i would be taken care of by Friday. I called on Friday and could only get an answering machine. I called yesterday, which was Monday, and was told that Mr. Johnson was out of the state for a few days. How convenient for him!!! I was supposed to receive my settlement, which was only a SMALL fraction of the cost of the goods stolen from my home, today. I was just told "SORRY", not today!!! So,,, you want my advice,,,,,,,if at all in your power,,,,,find someone else to handle your claim. This company is a joke!!!!!
