The people who work at Shaw's are knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. It has a very small town atmosphere that welcomes you as soon as you enter. None of that big box vibe. It has plenty of inventory but still feels like the hardware store my family shopped at when I was young, and they go out of their way to meet your needs.
