Last two experiences have been bad. Not returning. I never send back food but my zinger mountain melts chicken was so hard it wasn't edible. They bring out another one with same issue. The manager on duty was snotty and said "sorry we can't appease you". how about some food quality control...The time before that i called in an order which was never put in. At least that time the manager made it right by fully apologizing. This place has turned into a joke. Very sad

Great food. Amazing staff. Sundays are best for live music. Mondays are the best wings in town. Not to mention a great lake front view. I would definitely recommend this place to family and friends.
