We had a major sewer pipe blockage and couldn't use our bathrooms. Exact Plumbing, who we had never used before, was able to send Steve out right away. It was a difficult job but Steve worked diligently until it was cleared. Efficient, knowledgeable, hard working team. Very fair pricing. Can't get much better than that BUT it did. It clogged again a week later, not their fault, but the owner of the company, Jason, sent Steve right out again. He brought an even longer electric snake up on the roof again and worked another hour or so to clear it. JASON DID NOT EVEN CHARGE US TO COME BACK. That was unexpected, especially since it wasn't their fault. We HIGHLY recommend them. Thanks guys! Bonnie and Brian Goulet
