I didn't go through them but I went through my realestate agent and he put in an offer on a short sell home and the agent didn't contact him after 3 months. My agent called M.P, and he didn't pick up. I thought my agent said his name was michael person but i could be wrong and it's probably Micah Perason or something like that. But after a hard 3 months we found out we were still homeless. (SAD) :( What ever house they have don't do it just go to the next one and you'll be fine. Lov ya and take care!!

JUST TO LET ALL OF YOU KNOW SECURE REALESTATE WORKS WITH THE BANK AND INSTEAD OF TRYING TO GET YOU IN TO A HOUSE THEY DON'T LIKE TO LET YOU KNOW WHAT SHORT SELLS MEAN. I WORKED WITH THEM A COUPLE OF MONTHS AGO AND THERE BAD!!!!!!! ALL THEY CARE ABOUT IS MONEY ESPECIALLY THAT MICAH P. GUY. HE'S BAD. I DON'T KNOW WHY THE BANK WOULD EVEN WANT TO WORK WITH THEM. ALL HE HAD TO DO WAS EXPLAIN TO ME WHAT A SHORT SELL MEANT. LIKE THE HIGHEST PERSON PUTTING IN THE OFFER WOULD GET THE HOUSE. HE DIDN'T HE JUST LET US WAIT 3 MONTHS AND SAID NOTHING. WORST AGENT IN THE WORLD. IF YOU ARE CONCERN ABOUT ANY REALESTATE COMPANY MAKE SURE YOU REPORT IT TO THE BUILDING OF COMMERCE THEY CAN TAKE AWAY AGENTS LICENSE IF THEY AREN'T HELPING YOU. LOCATED ON 300 S. 200 E. OR CALL THEM.

If your trying to buy a house don't go to them it's not worth your time. If you ever run in to Micah Pearson I feel really sorry for you. He likes to waste your time. We found him by the houses we liked. We didn't ask for him. He's the listing agent for the houses. We ran into him twice. We put in an offer on the (first) house and he sold it to someone else without even calling us for weeks to let us know if we did or didn't get it. That's all we wanted was a call, just one call but no calls. The second house he busted a key in it to not let us look ar it. worst agent in the whole world. We are still calling him 2-3 times a day trying to get a hold of him and it's already been a week. If you really think about it we did all the work in finding the house all we did was ask him to show us the house. I mean right now the realestate market is going down & a lot of realestate agents would love to work with someone preapproved. But nope not him. I can't figure out why? Maybe because this company is realestate and mortgage company that they want to get both (money) cuts. Mortgage and realestate. Because we are with america first credit untion and there great. This is just a warning for you. Real warning!!!!!!!
