Dr. Jeffrey Iverson, DMD, MS

I have seen several orthodontists past few month and the staff in this office were not friendly and it seems like all they care about is money.
Also the website say ' free consultation' but they charged me $30 for the second consultation. ( my first consultation was 2years ago but I had to wait for the orthodontic treatment due to my health issue)
When I made an appointment they didn't tell me about the second consultation fee although they keep insisting that they told me over the phone.
After the second consultation, I decided not to go back that office again. The treatment plan was blur and I can't not trust them at all. Just wasting time and money!

Dr. Iverson and most of all his staff only care about one things and that is money. They dont care about what should be the number one thing for a doctor and that is the patient.
They only care about money and they are totally unprofessional. They are rude and unorganized. They blame parents and patients for their mistakes and they only care about money.
They never return messages and the answering service is no help what so ever. They cant even take a message if there in an emergency and you need to get the doctor. Dr. Iverson and his staff are ruse, unprofessional and most of all just plain rude.

My experinece could have been better by providing a monthly billing conversation or report since they do not do accounts recievable at this office. Also when the doctor is needed4 , actually having him do something to help besides just tighten a wire a little more would have been helpful as well. Dont offer disconts in the beginning that you will not honor later would have been helpful too!

Dr. Iverson is great. I work for a company that is very concerned with ratings and reviews so I try to post one for other companies that have gotten my attention. Dr. Iverson is so great and the girls that work there are so kind and really care. I have had 3 kids finish with their braces and 2 kids that just got them on. I really cannot say enough positive things about this office. I am VERY picky and honestly do not have one single complaint. Dr. Iverson works miracles, I've witnessed it first hand. I wouldn't go anywhere else! They offer all the high tech-latest technology stuff the other guys tried to sell me , but Dr. Iverson was A LOT less expensive and had a lot better financing options. Dr. Iverson truly cares about his patients they aren't just a $ sign and you can tell that by the care you receive and how kind he is.

Dr.Iverson and his staff at Iverson Orthodontics are simply wonderful! I was one who searched high and low for the perfect orthodontist...search no further Dr. Iverson is the one! I did all the leg work for you, so don't waste your time looking elsewhere. He is so kind and amazing at his job, and the whole experience has beeen great! 3 kids done with beautiful smiles and 2 more with braces on now. It is well worth any distance to go to someone who can take excellent care of you. Our family LOVES them!

I HIGHLY RECOMMEND DR. IVERSON. I was looking for an orthodonitst that was looking out for my best interest and not for his own well-being. That is what I found when going to Dr. Jeff Iverson. I have five children and was a little apprehensive about my oldest getting braces at such a young age so decided to go see Dr. Iverson for a second opinion. My neighbor has had 3 of her children treated by him and had nothing but good things to say, and my fears were easily put to rest after our first visit. Dr. Iverson was very thorough with his consulation and very patient with my nervous and crying child. You can tell that he cares about people in general and I didn't feel like it was something I was being pushed into that I wasn't comfortabtle with. My child wasn't ready for anything at that time and i appreciated his honesty. He continued to check her periodically, all for no charge to me, and when she was ready I finally was too. It was nice not to have her in braces for longer than she needed to be, and I liked he was honest and didn't start her earlier than needed just to get us as patients. Her smile was cute before but it is BEAUTIFUL now. He is very hands on which I also appreciated, and the staff are so friendly. I have two other children currently in treatment, both a whole lot harder than my first, but I wouldn't trust anyone else! They have AWESOME payment plans and are very flexible-especially for those with lots of kids that need braces at once! I would tell everyone that takes the time to read this that you don't need to waste your time price shopping or whatever-GO TO DR. IVERSON 1st!
