This company is the most thorough pest control company we have used. We had a both a business and home service with Terminix for the past 15 years and they performed basic pest control but they had deficits in billing and scheduling because they are a big, unwieldy corporation. We called Dave to get a bid for comprehensive residential pest control and he came quickly, on time and exceeded our expectations. He spent an hour with my wife, educating her on the specific bugs he found. We are delighted with the overall quality of service.

Residential Pest Control
This company is the most thorough pest control company we have used. Insects and Spiders

Ants
Ants can be a horrible irritant by getting into and contaminating food sources. Carpenter ants can cause additional damage to the structure of your house by burrowing into any wood they find.
Spiders
While not only creepy, some spiders have a poisonous and sometimes dangerous bite. Some spiders can be found in both moist and dry areas, but are commonly hide in dark areas.
Bed Bugs
Bed bugs are reddish-brown, oval in shape, and about 4-5 mm long. Bed bugs feed on blood and commonly infest beds and mattresses. They can multiply rapidly, and their bites can be a horrible irritant.
Fleas
Cockroaches
While not as common in Utah, cockroaches can be a huge infestation. They can carry diseases because they are commonly found near waste deposits or where food is present.

I originally found Agent Pest Control on Angie's List and decided to use them because they have a high rating there. I was certainly not disappointed. David came out to our new home and was thorough and educational. We had a crazy problem with spiders and beetles and now I almost never see anything in my house. Not even in our basement. He helped us go from a heavily infested home (I am talking multiple, multiple types of bugs from beetles to centipedes to spiders, etc.)to a pest free environment. David has a passion for what he does and he is extremely good at it. I never felt pressured to sign up for more treatments but I felt his recommendations were honest and realistic and I am so happy I listened. Did I mention that I have a very difficult schedule? He always worked with us to get out at a time that was convenient.
Beetles
Carpet beetles pose no threat to humans, but their larvae can feed on natural fibers and can damage carpets, furniture, and clothing.

Mites
Clover mites are reddish-brown or bright red, extremely small and can be difficult to detect. They can cause damage to your lawn or plants, and can sometimes infest your home where vegetation is present. Clover mites are common in late spring.

Rodents
Dave has been great! I highly recommend him for any pest issues you might have. We haven't had any issues with rodents or bugs since he started treating our home.
Mice
Rodents such as mice and rats can infest attics, burrows, and hide under concrete and inside your floors and walls. Rodents can transmit diseases and contaminate food sources, causing a serious danger to you and your family.
Rats
Fleas feed on the blood of hairy animals, such as dogs, cats, rabbits, rats, and mice. Flea activity is commonly indicated by pets repeatedly scratching and grooming themselves.
Voles
Voles are relatives of the mouse, but are typically found in fields and meadows (sometimes referred to as field mice). Vole populations can grow rapidly, resulting in large infestations, which can destroy plants and gardens.
Gophers
We started having a gopher infestation of our garden. We checked with a few of the ``big name`` pest control companies and found that their timing and prices were not satisfactory to us. Agent Pest Control also had a high customer rating so we called its owner, Dave. His price was reasonable and he responded quickly. After inspecting our garden, Dave educated us on rodents and various methods of eradicating them. He then located the gophers' tunnels and treated them. After nearly four weeks, we have not seen any gopher activity. Five stars to Dave and Agent Pest Control for saving our garden!
