MY expierence was first class. I was well aware that my 1997 Toyota with only 70000 miles, needed a radiator flush. They replaced light bulbs and installed wiper blades. I originally went in for an oil change, but they said to wait a couple of weeks, due to the fact my oil was so clean. My daughter came to visit 2 weeks later. I took her for an oil change. This was a van she had purchased 2 months prior. These boys found air hoses not hooked up, the air and oil filters looked filthy. They did explain our options of using synthetic oil, that is their job, we chose not. My daughter is now getting much better gas mileage thanks to their thorough inspection.They explain your options thoroughly. But let the customer make the final choice.

I would actually rate them 0 if I could! My 17 year old sister went in for an oil change after she got out of work. They told her she needed synthetic and that she needed to have her oil flushed

Ford advises against them as they can ruin engines. So she had to pay $158! They took advantage of her. I called the store and the manager Tony said he remembers my sister because he had intercourse with her while her car was in the shop. I was livid and asked to speak with the owner. The owner called me to cuss me out and called me a piece of crap(used curse word) NEVER USE THIS PLACE EVER!!!!!! Filing a complaint with the State of Ohio against this place....

I have gotten my oil changed at this facility and was given many different oil options and explained everything that needed done to my car they took excellent care of me and will for sure return to this place when u pay for the high dollar oil its because its the good stuff u have a choice to pick what u want to pay for if ur not satisfied with prices you should go somewhere else I'm sorry but my experience was great

I was in to this business for an oil change. Immediately on arrival they asked me you know about this car needing a synthetic oil? Car was getting its first oil change since purchase new. They said the oil change would be $79.95. When the bill was figured I was also charge $5 as a skidplate had to be removed to get to oil filter. All this seems so puzzling to me as this new car replaced a car of same model just 2 years older. Later in the afternoon I called Hyundai Corporation Customer Service in Irvine, CA. and they said that car is not required to have synthetic oil. Customer service person said you were "up saled." I called Sears where I had the oil changed on the 2012 same model car and asked the price. They told me using an online coupon it would be $17.99. I said do I need synthetic oil and was told its your choice at the higher price but not required. I said do you charge to remove/replace a skidplate to get to the oil filter ....he said we might but no additional charge for that as its part of doing an oil change. I said I just paid $86.98 for all this to be done + tax at Mobil Lube Express. Sears manager told me .....Sir you just got taken !!!! So for my part I will not be returning to this place of business.
