Dennis Larson and his wife Linda wants something for nothing. Keith did their job years ago and unfortunately they did not see eye to eye. Keith did what he said he was going to do. Dennis lives in a 50 year old house and has multiple problems. I went to their house personally and checked on what Keith did and it was OK. There were problems in his other rooms that Dennis elected not to repair. There is always 2 sides to every story.

Employee "Keith" made several commitments to install our service. Every time, he would call & leave an excuse as to why he couldn't make it. 800 miles roundtrip for me to get there each time. When he finally did the job, some of the cirucuits didn't work (AC on the hottest days of the year, with a heart patient living in the house) was one of the circuits. Hot water tank was the other. Wired WRONG. Still, a year later there are circuits the do not work, they did before he installed a new breaker panel and did some creative wire work. I called "Ron" the owner to complain but got nowhere. He stated that nothing they did would cause the breaker to fail every time the microwave oven was turned on. Amazing to me, as it never had a problem until his company did the work. I am no living with dead AC outlets in this house. Also, some of the circuits are mis-labeled out in the new 200amp panel they installed. Some livingroom outlets are connected to some kitchen outlets. Needless to say, my family is unhappy with Ron's Electric. Shoddy workmanship and shoddy workers plus the owner "Ron" will not stand up to his end result and make it right. We don't want money, we just want our service to be correct and working like they promised. I wish I'd have paid him with a credit card.
