U-Haul Neighborhood Dealer

We made our reservations three weeks in advance for a 10 foot truck. We had the attendant notate our reservations to state that under NO circumstances are they to substitute this for a larger truck. They had THREE weeks to have the truck we reserved at the location. When we get there, they only have a 20 foot trucks available, but if we want to drive to the next town over we can have a 15 foot truck. Why in the h*ll would anyone bother with reservations, if it is U-Hauls intention to tell you to go f*ck yourself and take whatever is on the lot.
