Parcel Plus

Horrible customer service and complete disregard for package security! I took two pre-paid FedEx packages for pickup, and she told me to leave them inside the door. I explained that they contained valuable paintings and was afraid they'd be bumped or stolen, and she said she'd watch them, "The same as if they were $1." As I shopped inside with my little boy, he found a key in one of their open mailboxes, and was worried someone had forgotten it. I said he could hand it to the owner and tell her where he found it. (He's nine, and very quiet and well behaved.) She grabbed the key and started scolding my son loudly, saying she was trying to fix the mail box and he shouldn't have touched the key. I explained to her that he was only trying to help, but she actually yelled at him two more times! I later had second thoughts about the safety of my packages, and went back to retrieve them to drop off at another FedEx place. No store personnel in sight, I took my packages unoticed by anyone.
