We obtained copies of her bank records and audited them. We pointed out that the living expenses she claimed on her income and expense report were in excess of her checks and withdrawals from the account. Construction Litigation
Jeff and Diane owned a construction company that was retained to build a custom luxury home for an architect. When the home was just about completed, the architect fired Jeff and Diane, took over $100,000 of construction loan funds remaining and completed the home – thereby avoiding paying Jeff and Diane the money they were due under the construction contract.
