Reviews
This service does not represent honestly and advertises live sessions when they are merely pre-recorded for download. Furthermore they don't communicate well when products are misrepresented. I received no communication from the company after I registered for a not live event, got the wrong event which was not in my industry and then company failed to communicate from their error. I would not use this company at all.
EXECUSENSE. Keep you eyes open and your wallet in your pants. I also signed up and spent hours preparing and giving a seminar fort Execsense. Besides being disorganized, they do not pay. Quite demanding but no followup or payment after the session. Don't return phone calls. Now taking action. Beware.
Earlier this year (2010), I was contacted by ExecSense Webinars to format and edit the text for one of the company’s webinars. I was given a good style manual and completed this first project on time. The invoice that I sent was paid in full at a fair rate.
Some weeks later, I was asked to complete a second project for two Webinars with an extremely tight deadline. I delivered the project on time and sent another invoice.
Now many months later, I have still not received payment for the second project. Several emails back and forth to my contact at the company have not resolved this issue. A recent phone call (11/10) was not taken by my contact who has all of my current billing/contact information.
While I had hoped this relationship would expand, ExecSense has narrowed it to nothing. If anyone is ever requested to work for them, I suggest getting the fee paid first, followed by the delivery of the project. The company apparently thinks FREElance editors are FREE.
