The Lodge San Marcos

They are very unmoral people. They say and promise so much. Once you sign they screw you with unjust charges and poor attitudes. Stay away from this place.

Don't live here if you're a girl. There is a security guard who will harass you ... literally follow you up to your apartment and wait outside your door .. not even minutes after you have gone up. I'm not sure his name but he wears glasses and is white. He literally makes me and my roommates uncomfortable and on edge. Do not live here until he is gone and they hire people who don't stalk you.

This is a horrible place to live. On move in day everything was caked in mold and dust. my fan was hanging off the ceiling, there was a good 2 inch gap on the bottom of the front and back doors, there was private part hair all over my bathroom and halfway used cleaning supplies inside. The furniture is in shambles and looks as if a raccoon had been living on everything for years. The A/C filter was full of dust, the smoke detectors were all detached and sitting in a pile. The fridge had a broken shelf, the microwave stove and oven all didnt work, the dishwasher leaks. There are birds living on the balcony that leave a mess everywhere. I have pictures of everything

The management is horrible, the staff up front are all friendly but seem to all be liars that just try to please their bosses and really don't care about you. They say they'll come fix everything within 2 days of placing a work order... wow is that a lie. It took them 3 weeks to fix our microwave. My electric bill is $280 a month because no matter what the temperature is set to the apartment never gets colder than 85 degrees. they came to check out the A/C and said "everything is Ok" when clearly there is hardly any air blowing from the vents..... RUN AWAY AS FAR AND AS FAST AS YOU CAN ALL OF MY NEIGHBORS HAVE THE SAME OR SIMILAR PROBLEMS
