MAINTENANCE STEALS FROM APARTMENTS! Reported to the office that things had been stolen from our apartment while maintenance was in, and they did nothing!! Police report was filed and the workers were never fired. The staff is the face of the community and their tone and overall presentation is very underwhelming (this includes the immediate staff in their front office to their corporate representatives). The front desk people are little to no help there has been numerous times I've had a package delivered and they won't take note of it and you have to ask them more than twice to check to see if the package is in the back. Nothing gets fixed. Lights have been out on the stairs making it dangerous to climb 3 flights of stairs at night. There has been a car parked in the lot which has clearly been abandoned and has been sitting in the same spot with 4 flat tires for the past year. they just had it towed 2 weeks ago. There has been a huge hole in the wall outside our apartment for the past 8 months, which just makes the place look more ghetto. Parking is terrible. This place is such a DUMP, dont live here!
