Great place to live at!!! love spending hot days at the pool and having friends over.

DO NOT SIGN A LEASE HERE WITHOUT GETTING AN ATTORNEY TO READ THE LEASE FIRST! They have never gotten back to me through my MANY emails I have sent them and when I came in person, the annoying desk girls seemed to know NOTHING of any merit when I asked them about my lease information. I eventually had to take this to the campus attorney for students and she is great help. We have many strategies to get out of this mess these predatory apartments have gotten us into. It is a completely UNFINISHED lease and they are trying to hold me accountable. The desk girls threatened me as well by saying that they would find a way to get this money out of me. HORRIBLE PLACE!!!

I cannot say it enough, DO NOT SIGN HERE!!!!!! If I could give it less than one star, I would.

I HHAAAATTEEE this place with a passion. They management is HORRIBLE! I moved in Fall of 2011, right after they got "New management" that we were not informed of at the time of signing out lease. They are awful. When I moved in the place was FILTHY! They had clearly not cleaned or painted the place before we moved in. The Dish washer and oven were both broken. The tiles in the kitchen were broken and coming off the floor. The Air filter had an inch of dirt on it. We were missing the smoke detector. My roommates and I went straight to the manager the next day and complied. She PROMISED us that they would have someone out there that weekend to repaint and that the rest of the problems would be resolved with in days. which was a BOLD FACED LIE! Not only did no one ever come paint, it took them TWO MONTHS to come fix our other problems. That only happened after making numerous requests a week for them to come out and fix everything. RIDICULOUS!



As of a month ago our ice maker broke and we immediately made a request, surprisingly with in a week I get a call while out of town and its the girl from the front desk telling me they fixed my ice maker. However when I got back into town to check not only did it not work the one they "replaced" it with was just sitting on my kitchen table. Clearly not resolving anything. Since then I have made maintenance every couple days and a month later they still have not come and fixed it.



Not only that a good 1/2 of the equipment in the gym in unfunction-able. The Club house is constantly filled with boxes of who knows what. The computer labs printer only works half of the time and most the computers hardly work. The gates only started working as of April 2012, (A good most of the time they wont open though so you have to wait for someone to come out the exit and race in though there)





DO NOT LIVE HERE!

I live here currently and I love it. Management is great and they complete work orders very quickly! It is very clean and the furniture they provide is in good condition. I am very happy here and would recomend it to anyone looking for an aparment in San Marcos!
