One of the worst places to Deliver. Very high lumper fee. And hours upon hours to unload. No respect to driver at all

I totally agree with other reviews. This facility lacks respect on driver. I will never deliver here in my life

I rarely if ever write a negative review for a business but I felt compelled . As a small business owner who has delivered to the San Marcos DC on several occasions I am in disbelief of the employees and the lack of training and common sense that is displayed. Three and four hour unload times are the norm and the rudeness and lack of empathy is staggering . I would like to say this is only a one time problem but I can't . It is a disgrace a company as respected as HEB would allow their reputation to be tarnished by such a display of poor training .
