        This storage facility we have used for the last several years. The owners have always been kind,considerate and helpful. Units are well-lit, clean, and very accessible. Definitely recommend. Nancy N.

        Read the fine print!!! you get a raise in your rent every seven months

        Constant manager turnover, most were rude some nice plus they do not screen them very well, nor does the company treat them very well which gave me a very uncomfortable feeling. Should you have a complaint for corporate, you leave a message and a recording tells you that someone will get back with you in two business days.

        Good luck! No matter how long you

        have been with them if you are one day passed the grace period

        even if you have an excellent payment record they charge you with a 15% late fee, if you complain they may give you a one time only pass, if they feel like it. As a consumer when you can no longer take their disrespect and want to move out, should you move out in the midde of the month they will not give you a refund of your money for the rest of the month. You have to either take the loss or move out at the end of the month when it might not be convenient for you. Basically, when you have a complaint all they ever have to say is 'sorry that is our policy. All the facilities are the same, it's their policy. Stay clear of this company I finally had to move out. I have used storage facilities for years

        I have never seen a company with

        such disdain for their customers.
