Hiking California's Sierra Nevada and Coastal Mountain Ranges deepens my appreciation for organic lines, native plants, composition and sense of scale. The beaches of California's central coast helped develop my understanding of water, erosion, mass and motion. Trips to Europe and Central America opened my eyes to alternative materials and methods for creating landscapes. Watching masons set cobblestone roads using natural river stone at Castello Sforzesco and being fascinated by epiphytes growing in the trees in Central America are just a few examples of what helps keep my design approach fresh. I draw upon these experiences to create both modern and traditional landscapes. LANDFOUR exceeds our client's expectations and meets their construction budget through a responsible and efficient landscape design process. Our innovative landscape designs incorporate our client's vision, personality, lifestyle and the site's characteristics into a well thought out, buildable plan. We build landscapes with a focus on quality craftsmanship based on a plan developed with a construction budget in mind. We maintain constant contact and an open dialogue with our clients to ensure that their needs are met and that they are updated on the current status of their project. Throughout all phases of the project our clients have secure online access to their plans, project documents, records, schedules and company contact information using our online project workspace. Principal Cielo Sichi holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Environmental Horticultural Science from California Polytechnic State University San Luis Obispo. He is a Licensed Landscape Architect in California and Nevada, Licensed Landscape Contractor, Certified Irrigation Designer, EPA WaterSense Partner and Certified Landscape Technician. Cielo's astute design approach and years of education and experience in landscape design and technical landscape construction compliments his passion for creating beautiful outdoor spaces. His incredibly strong understanding of industry specific business management, estimating and project management ensures that prices are reasonable and justifiable.
