Kims Favour

There was a problem with the favors so I went in and asked to exchange it FOR THE SAME AMOUNT OF FAVORS. It wasn't like I was gonna take more than I bought. In fact, I was actually going to buy more if they were willing to exchange it but they refused. The lady constantly kept walking away from me while I was talking and didn't even let me finish what I needed to say. NO WHERE IN THE RECIEPT DID IT SAY "NO RETURN, NO EXCHANGE" so therefore, I should have been allowed to exchange it. She kept giving me excuses why I couldn't exchange the items like, "they're a small business so they cant do it" or "the box was open". But the thing was, the boxes were already open when we bought it. NONE OF HER EXCUSES WAS JUSTIFIED. The more I proved her wrong and made good points, the more she started to raise her voice at me. SHE WAS VERY RUDE INDEED! I bought SO MUCH item from the store. The least they could have done was let me exchange the items.

What ever happened to customer satisfaction?I bought favors from this store about a week ago and came back about a week later with unopened box to exchange for a different color and the lady that was working there said they can't exchange it. I wasn't trying to get my money back in fact, i only wanted a different color and still they refused. She ignored me like I wasn't there and she was on her cell phone having her personal conversation while she was talking to me. She practically threw me out of the store and the lady that was working there was very rude. I've had different experiences in retail and by far this has been the worst. I don't recommend anyone to go there if you don't want to get ripped off. I thought customers are always right but this store doesn't value their customers at all.
