I have a history of losing keys. There were just too many of them and I figured that a master key system would be my best option. I surfed the web and landed. He took a look at my locks and started quizzing me as to why I needed the system. After careful consideration, he advised me against it. I needed spare keys. I called San Jose Lock And Keys and asked them if I could come over to their shop to get keys made, however, the dispatcher was gracious enough to insist on providing onsite help. A technician stopped by my place within ten minutes and made keys out of the mobile workshop. Within minutes I had the finished key and it worked seamlessly in my locks. I expected the final bill to carry an extra charge for the onsite service they provided, but it didnt.

Jim got there in less than ten minutes, which was surprisingly fast, considering how all the locksmiths Id hired previously had never got there in less than an hour. San Jose Lock And Keys rescued me from the worst possible situation anyone could ever be in! It was a series of unfortunate events that led me to being locked out of my car on a deserted highway. You know a business is done right when they give a reasonable time frame and actually arrive earlier than expected. Great service, very knowledgeable, positive attitude, and best of...........they came when it close to closing time on a weekday. Who would of thought Dave and his sidekick Scott (hope I got his name right) came the night I called them and the next day to replace the counterfeit lock with a great sturdy heavy duty lock he recommended!!!!!!!! It's been almost 3 months and no issues. Why cut yourself short when you can get things done right and get better quality products and service (worth it).
