Counseling for individuals. I help those whose day to day functioning is significantly impacted by anxiety and worry including panic attacks, phobias, performance anxiety, obsessions, compulsions, and post-traumatic stress. In addition to therapy, I have experience in nutrition and weight management as well as an extensive history with Human Resources staffing in the corporate industry and offer help with job interviewing and career challenges.
