It sucks because this used to be a nice neighborhood to raise kids. The previous HOA was pretty corrupt and there are large amounts of cash that are still unaccounted for which might explain why the previous HOA president, Mike, was recently arrested crossing state lines with a large amount of drugs. The people who took over the HOA were local homeowners that had the best intentions of cleaning the place up but that turned out to be easier said than done.



The worst part are the Section 8 tenants. Like falling to the communists, they have slowly taken over the neighborhood one house at a time. 9 people living in one unit, none of them have jobs but they have a combined 3 cars, loud, angry drunks, drug deals, prostitution, trash and vandalism everywhere, and they still manage to crank out at least one more crack baby every year. They allow their retarded thug kids to run wild in the streets like feral dogs and of course if you have a problem with their behavior it’s obviously because you’re a racist.



This is what happens when landlords don’t care and rent their units out to Section 8 tenants that terrorize the neighborhood. The good tenants move away and more of those cockroaches move in.

they ave no control over people living here. we have neighbors that have dogs and they never clean,, now behind their side court yard is all infested with cockroaches , so bad that you can see them tons every where by the garage area, all little and big, it is nasty and disgusting, and when I reported to hoa they just dont give a FLICK about it, so I have reported to CDC disease control. worse part they come in my condo through the walls.

other neighbors water was coming into my condo and took them 6 months to fix it.

neighbors seat outside drinking, and laud and when i tell HOA all they dont give a cramp, so have to keep calling police.



also imagine this : All morning long Neighbor Dog Barking, then their kids come out and start screaming on top of their lungs, so bad that you cant even enjoy watching tv or listen to radio or even leave the door open. when I report to HOA, well guess what ? yeap you got it , they dont give a FLICK!



so if you ever want to but house around this neighborhood just think twice, specially imagine dealing with bunch of morons.
