People here are so unprofessional!!!!! Dentist was telling off workers in front of me and my daughter!!! Came here twice only for cleaning.. stuck with a 3hundred something bill!!!!!!! But that was ok... but today i tried to pay my bill clerk answered.. i was like.. "id like to make a payment" clerk was like "what payment?"... then i said "my bill"... then she asked for my card info right away... so i asked if she should be getting my Name & info first.. then she said "oh yeah" then she tried to get my card info again.. so i was like can u tell me my balance first.. then she said ok hold on.. then later on she's all like can i call u back i have to check with my boss first then hung up.. WTF.. i did not wait for a call back and kept calling.. spoke with same lady! And guess what???she said shes gon have to call me back on monday coz the boss said so.. why???? Shes just a temp and do not know WTF shes doin... QUESTION is why would this place hire someone that does not know a damn thing... is she even trained?????????????anddddd i even asked if anybody else knows how to process a payment and she said no and the person that usually does it is not back until monday so i have to wait for them to call me back!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Wth!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! What kind of business does this???????????? They dont even deserve a star... i wanna give em -1...
