Walgreens

A Walgreens with door security. It speaks volumns about the local clientel, and on any given day there are 2-3 vagrants begging for change 3 feet from the entrance in all directions. On a rare sunny day in SF that number goes to 4. Inside, its tiny, cramped, but has the traditional Wally's fair and a smart, friendly staff that usually manages to smile while the messy denizens of the too close tenderloin try and steal from them. My only complaint? You Always, ALWAYS, have to pay attention while being rung up. The prices in the ads routinely do not ring properly, and the cashiers make no attempt to give you a sale or coupon price unless you point each out individually. Even then its hard, as they rarely face the price screen towards the customer. Stay alert at the cashwrap and you will be fine. The Pharmacy staff at this location is awesome.
