San Dimas Villas Apartments

Under new ownership and management. Fantastic and thank goodness!! Place is wonderful!! I really appreciate how everything is up to snuff!

My husband moved in just before we got married and it has been a nightmare. For being a place of zero tolerance drug policy there have certainly been a lot of drug busts. Particulary from a tenant just below us, we have to keep our windows shut during the nights because the smoke comes up and into our rooms. Having the windows shut is no picnic being that there is only 1 wall unit air conditioner in the front room and we were not residents before the grandfather rule of no drilling or nailing anything to the exterior walls is allowed, so all our neighbors have bedroom window mounted air conditioning units drilled into the stucco, but we can't. They also have pets, which we can't have because the existing pet owners don't clean up after what pets they have now.

The management collects rent and does nothing else. They are only there from 8:00am to maybe 9:00am. So if you have problems or complaints.... you are s*** out of luck in this complex. Management has posted notices of pay rent or move on our door multiple times, and checking my bank records every time are checks were deposited days before we given this notice - very unprofessional and pathetic if you ask me. Luckily my husband and I are looking at houses so we can get out of here.

If you are looking for a nice, quiet, friendly apartment complex to live in for a while - keep looking and don't stop here.
