Smart Floors

This review is the happy ending to the one I wanted to write for Simple Floors (not to be confused with Smart Floors).

Smart Floors was recommended by my flooring installer, who simply gave me their phone # and let them take over from there.

Laura was the woman I worked with, and she went so far out of her way to earn my business that even had I been able to find the product I purchased at a lower price somewhere else, I still would have given Laura and Smart Floors my business due to the great service I received.

From the first time I walked in the doors, Laura did everything I could ask to shepherd me through my first tile-floor purchase. As noted earlier and in the review of Simple Floors (do NOT buy anything from them ever), I needed to replace wood floors with something other than wood, and Laura made sure I understood all the variables, and worked with me on weekdays and weekends- even meeting me at another showroom to see if she could help me find the product I wanted. Ultimately, on the fourth visit to her showroom, I found exactly what I was looking for (the sample had just been delivered that morning).

The price was great, the quality was excellent, and the service was perfect.
