Spammers I am getting 15-20 emails a day. I have used their op-out site over and over yet the spam keeps coming I have called over and over, still it does not stop.

If you ever buy from them you will end up regretting it.

FRAUD WARNING!!!

If you think companies that sell your email address are bad, this is WAY worse! We ordered flowers from ProFlowers in May. There was a coupon you could apply for with your email address. We never continued the transaction for the discount and did not repond to the email. Apparently, ProFlowers gives this other discount company (EasySaver) your CREDIT CARD NUMBER. We were charged a total of $46.80 from this other company. When I called to check on it, the rep said that since we didn't do anything with the email they just started charging us monthly for $14.95!! BEWARE OF THESE COMPANIES!

Visit Your Local Florist Or Shop Online

Are you looking for a special gift for your loved one? Have you done everything you can in the past, bought chocolates, jewelry, little trinkets? Maybe you've never thought about sending flowers, but you should! Everyone loves the beautiful and thoughtful gift of live flowers. Visit your local florist and check out a wide variety of gift ideas.

Your local florist is well experienced in the matters of gift giving. Whether you're sending an arrangement to say I love you, I'm sorry or Congratulations, they'll know just what is right for each occasion. You can also rely on your local florist to take care of sending thoughtful sentiments when someone is in the hospital or has passed away.

If you're wanting to physically take something to someone, it's best to go to a local walk in florist. However, if you'd like to have something delivered locally or across the continent, you can call one of thousands of florists' world wide and have your items taken care of.

Florists don't just have roses and sympathy bouquets. These days, most florists also carry a big line of additional or alternative products. You can select from balloon arrangements or send just one balloon. Many times, a florist will carry a wide range of balloons from Mylar to latex and beyond. You can get balloons with captions or pictures or simply select colored balloons.

Your standard florist can also special order items for you, if you don't see anything you like in store. When you want the very largest assortment of goodies to send to those you love, get online and do a search on Florist and the zip code where you'll be sending the care package. You can deal with a florist who is local to the delivery area or a big name florist who sends items out, worldwide.

You can have flowers and live plants shipped anywhere in the world when you work with a big name florist. You can also often send a variety of food products. You can find fruit baskets, assorted specialty food products like popcorn and nuts or everyone's favorite, chocolates.

You can also ask your florist if they send cookie bouquets. This is a very popular item right now and everyone loves cookies. Make sure you take a little thought when selecting a gift. Don't be afraid to ask your florist for suggestions. They'll be glad to help you send the perfect, well thought gift for any occasion.

This is not a local flower shop. They are not even in this state. The people answering the phone have never made and arrangment. It is always best to call your local flower shop.

Misleading!!

This flower shop is not located in Windsor Ca. It is not even located in the state of California. Note the only real flower shops located in Windsor Califronia are Grohe Florist and Atrellis Flowers and Gifts. Don't be fooled

Horrible flowers in a box

Isn't it a shame that a company like ProFlowers is even in business? Imagine anyone sending flowers in a box? I just can't believe it. The week before Mother's Day last year, the FedEx guy made a delivery to my business, and he was swamped. He told me he was delivering hundreds of boxes of flowers for ProFlowers. The following week he was back, and again he was swamped. He told me he was REPLACING hundreds of boxes of flowers for ProFlowers. For him it is Job Security. For the people it is DEAD flowers, LOUSY customer service, and flowers in a box. Save yourself a lot of time and agrivation by contacting your local florist. No, not FTD.com or 1-800-flowers.com (they're not local, either) but the little guy down the street who has fresh flowers waiting to be delivered for just for you. His business relies on you. His taxes help your town, and he hires people from the local community. He's very talented and creative, and you can count on the flowers he delivers to be fresh. ProFlowers is a joke. But the people who pay for the flowers aren't laughing. And the corporate officers are laughing all the way to the bank.

Flowers arrived in a boxPosted by mherrin on 03/01/2009

We sent flowers to a funeral-looked fabulous on the website. Found out later they were shipped in a box (no water) to the funeral home. The funeral home had to "arrange" them. They were lilies - not a single open bud and not a single piece of fern or anything. How embarrassing!

THIS IS WHY YOU SHOULD READ THE DESCRIPTION BEFORE ORDERING..TRUTH IS, YOU GOT

EXACTLY WHAT YOU PAID FOR....YOU SHOULD BE EMBARRASSED THAT YOU LOOKED AT THE PICTURE

AND DIDNT BOTHER TO READ, OR EVEN QUESTION FOR THAT MATTER. THERE IS A REASON THAT THE PRICES ARE THAT LOW.....AND IM GUESSING YOU FOUND OUT THE HARD WAY...NEXT TIME USE A LOCAL FLORIST...SAVE SOME MONEY.................AND APPARENTLY "EMBARRASSMENT"

Beautiful roses!

My husband had used ProFlowers last year and did not have any problems. I received a beautiful dozen red roses in a polkadot vase with candy & a small stuffed teddy bear. He had bought these things for me many times before, but never had them delivered to me at home. So it was such a sweet Valentine's Day surprise! As my mom's 65th birthday recently approached, my husband suggested that I use ProFlowers. Therefore, I placed an order just a day and a half before her birthday last month. Although I didn't specify express delivery, the flowers were delivered to my mom well BEFORE noon that day. She said the roses were just beautiful and she could smell them as soon as she opened the box! She was still raving to me about them several days later. I grew up with my parents having a rosebush flowerbed they grew themselves, so I believe they know good roses. Unlike previous reviewers, I can nothing bad about this company at this point. They may not be a local florist, but I think they do a great job!

Nearly Ruin Valentine's Day!!

Well on 21 January 2009 I placed an order for roses from ProFlowers to be delivered on Friday, 13 February 2009. That is 3 weeks before delivery. I received an order number, comfirmation of my order. On 12 February 2009 I looked up the status of my order and saw nothing had been done. So today, 13 February 2009 I contacted customer service only to be told that my order had been placed in LIMBO somewhere. Huh? If there was a problem with my order they should have called or e-mail since they had both. NOTHING!!! Not a call or e-mail. Oh sure they offered apologies. BIG DEAL those are only words but here we are 13 February 2009 and no flowers. Not a dependable company to do business with. I guess it is like "You get what you pay for!" Fortunate for me I notice this problem before it was too late and contact FTD. Sure I paid 5.00 more, but I know my order was delivered according to my wishes and not land in LIMBO and I am NOT in the dog house over idiots at ProFlowers. So pay a few bucks more someplace else and ger dependable, reliable service and remember:""You get what you pay for!"
