An "old time" photography studio opened up in Ocean Beach, California 92107. They provide hand tailored costumes, authentic props, a very realistic saloon atmosphere--rag time music included--and provide high quality 8x10 and 5x7 prints of the photos you and your group like best. For $29.95 (plus applicable sales tax) you and your receive (1) 8x10 or (2) 5x7 photos of as many people and pets as you can fit in the shot (they max out around 15 adults). Double your order for $50 (plus applicable sales tax) and receive (2) 8x10 or (4) 5x7 high quality prints. Very pet and child friendly. The owners take great time and patience with your young ones and your special pets. They have photographed rabbits, cats, dogs, and even birds with minimal or no incident. They radiate a gentle aura that makes all involved feel at home and at ease. The owners take great pride in doting over their clients because of their passion for costuming and it shows. Shawn and Ramona built the studio themselves and run it themselves. From the beautiful flowers outside to the all too realistic atmosphere inside the Ocean Beach Saloon that is a fully functioning, 3D, sturdy wooden bar that is fun and exciting to pose behind, in front of, or, for heaven's sake, on top of. From walking in the door to having the photos in your hand takes roughly an hour depending on the size of your party. Larger groups should plan for longer sitting times as groups are at times broken down into sub-groups for additional photograph choices. The photographer takes around 20 pictures and lets you choose the ones you like best. The review process is very smooth, but choosing one can sometimes be a difficult decision. The selection of costumes, hats, feather boas, props, and scenarios are over the top impressive. Old Time Photo Company photographer captures the moments as the owners guide you through multiple poses and scenarios directing clients to enact poses that add to the authenticity of the high quality printouts you will receive.
