Massage Envy

The entire front desk staff is always helpful. They are friendly and courteous when they call for my appointment reminder and always address my by name as though they know I am expected for my appointment. I don't know many of their names but they have all given me excellent customer service! Excellent job as always, this is my 4th massage with Veronica and I always feel improvement after seeing her.

The facial esthetiticion at the Tierrasant location is amazing, although I didn't have a facial today. I don't remember her name at the moment. But, Sarah, my masseuse listened to all my needs and worked on my body perfectly. I was very comfortable with her and left feeling better than I have then when I do with other massage therapists. They are the best!!!

I was relaxed and completely rejuvenated after my massage. I just came back off a military exercise and needed to relax.

Before you decide to walk in realize that a massage is 100 bucks unless you become a member along with other stipulations. Was told you can gift 2 massages a year when signed up but when went to gift one they charge you 10.00 on top of the 60 you already spent as a member. Place is no frills and is not worth the money. There are a lot better options in sd rather than investing 600 bucks in a yearly contract for a massage in a strip mall. Overall decent massage but a totally dishonest business.

Mary consistently provides a superb massage that insures greater flexibility in addition to reduced stress and eliminates joint pain.

LaDonna was awesome! She took the time that was needed in areas that needed it the most. She wasnt hesitant to give me the pressure i needed. I have horrible knots and i felt an extreme sense of relief after my massage. My back felt great the rest of the afternoon. Would highly recommend her to anyone. She definitely knows what shes doing!
