Alexander's Carpet Care

The tech sent by Alexander's was on time and very friendly. I've had a paint stain on my carpet for a while and he was able to completely remove it. I've used many carpet cleaning companies before and Alexander's is the best I've used. I'd absolutely recommend them to anyone.

Horrible. Do not use. Gave a way different quote over the phone than what he actually asked when he arrived. Showed up late and wanted to do a less work than he said. i.e charge to clean area rug and room and not even clean the carpet under the rug. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE

This carpet cleaner is THE BEST!! 2 other less reputable cleaners came to my home and I was immediately upsold to take out a spot in the living room. Within hours both spos reappeared. Both said it was just wet, and they would return if it was still there in a few days. Neither returned calls or showed as promised.

Owner Gil Alexader showed up himself. With his 32 years experience & honesty he removed the stain and charged LESS than his original quote. He also noticed a small area that needed to be re-seamed. He pointed it out and did it for FREE! He sent me to moneymailer.com to get his coupon & save more. Can I give 6 stars??
