Stay away from this place! These folks care nothing about customer service from my experience. A "birthday surprise" bouquet came in one color with dying flowers - nothing like the picture. I called immediately and was told the flowers would be replaced or my charge card would be credited. Neither happened and when I again called to ask for help I was told they showed no record of my first call and by now it was too late.

They could have delivered another bouquet - they could have credited my charge - -they could have even given a nice discount.

Instead, they said "we have no record of your first call and since we can't pick up the flowers (they died in less than 2 days) there is nothing we can do."

$63 dollars for a boatload of frustration, dying flowers, and a $2 dollar vase -- never again.
