        Word to the wise: think twice ...

        Word to the wise: think twice about seeking services with this medical group, especially from Dr. Oliverio SR. Dr. Oliverio Sr. lacks professionalism, tact, empathy, customer service skills and has severe english-language communication barriers. After my last appointment, I switched my primary care physician as this medical group will never see another of my dollars again.
