Had a problem with my heater I live in Victorville and called Air One and they responded two the problem fast.. they were very professional and courtist. I had no heat at all and they didnt leave intell we had heat.. Thanks guys.

Air one made our day. They installed an awesome high efficiency American Standard system in our home. It has saved us money on our utilities already. The installers did a great job of keeping our home clean while they worked inside. And cleaned everything up before they left. It was like they were never there. So nice!!!

Outstanding Service, Outstanding Value, Outstanding People! And I mean it. I'm retired, spend lots of time with many service people including electricians, carpet layers, building repair, painters and of course plumbers and air conditioning people on my 3 homes. These guys at Air 1 are terrific! They not only know their stuff they are fun to be around, knowledgeable, reasonable prices and most important they are responsible in following up. I've had them over 3 times for different repairs and they're always punctual and fair. But what's unusual is they will call later to make sure everything is OK. Good people.

To make the appointment took over 15 minutes due to being put on hold and the receptionist not remembering who I was and why I was calling. I got an appointment next day for the hours of 12-2pm. After 2pm I called and was told they would call the tech and call me back. After having some trouble doing that they told me it would be another hour at the most an hour and half. The receptionist called after 4pm asking for the wrong name, we had to explain who we were AGAIN. The tech finally showed up well after 4 pm. I’m glad I stayed home for the appointment hours in a 90+ degree house waiting for this company. I would NEVER recommend this company.
